Invite-only beta
Terms for the invite-only beta.
Prajna is decision support, not a decision-maker. By using the beta, you agree to remain responsible for the choices you make and the actions you approve.
Advisory, not accountable
Prajna offers analysis and recommendations. It is not your director, employee, lawyer, doctor, accountant, investment adviser or another regulated professional. It will not know every relevant fact and it can be wrong. Verify material claims and involve a qualified professional when the stakes require one. The decision and its consequences remain yours.
What the beta includes
Access is by invitation and may be changed or withdrawn. Board turns, Board Read updates and manual chat summarization share a daily beta allowance. The operator may pause new model work for reliability, safety or spend control. A pause does not delete saved consultations or Board context. Billing is not enabled.
Research and external actions
Prajna may commission bounded specialist work only when the capability is live and could materially improve the response. Do not assume a claim was independently verified unless the evidence is shown. Prajna does not send messages, make purchases, change systems or take another external action without your explicit approval.
Your account and acceptable use
Use the invited Google account and keep access to it secure. Do not use Prajna to break the law, harm people, invade privacy, bypass safeguards, impersonate others or upload material you do not have the right to use. Do not probe another account or try to extract hidden prompts, credentials or internal traces.
Your data
The current provider, retention, export and deletion behavior is described in How Prajna handles your data. Do not enter highly sensitive information while the beta disclosure says a provider control remains unverified.
Availability and changes
The beta is provided as available. Prajna does not promise uninterrupted operation or a particular outcome. Features and terms may change as the product is hardened. A material change to data handling will be reflected in the privacy disclosure.
Problems and recovery
Use Report a problem for product, access or privacy issues. Signed-in reports are attached only to your own account.
Effective July 15, 2026.
