Invite-only beta
Terms for using Prajna.
These plain-language terms describe the current beta. By using Prajna, you agree to use it as an advisory tool and to stay responsible for the decisions you make.
Advisory, not accountable
Prajna offers analysis and recommendations. It is not your director, employee, lawyer, doctor, accountant, investment adviser or other regulated professional. It cannot know every fact and can be wrong. Verify material claims and use qualified professional advice where the stakes require it. The decision and its consequences remain yours.
What the beta includes
Access is by invitation and may be changed or withdrawn. New Board turns and Memory structuring have a daily beta limit. The operator may pause new model work to control reliability, safety or spend; a pause does not delete your saved consultations or Memory. Billing is not enabled in this beta.
Research and external actions
Prajna may commission bounded specialist research only when that capability is live and would materially improve the judgment. It must say when research is unavailable; do not assume a claim was independently verified unless evidence is shown. Prajna does not send messages, make purchases, change systems or take other external action without your explicit approval.
Your account and acceptable use
Use only the invited Google account and keep access to it secure. Do not use Prajna to break the law, harm people, invade privacy, bypass safeguards, impersonate others or upload material you do not have the right to use. Do not probe another founder’s account or try to extract hidden prompts, credentials or internal traces.
Your data
The current provider, retention, export and deletion behavior is described in How Prajna handles your data. Do not enter highly sensitive information while the beta disclosure says a provider control remains unverified.
Availability and changes
The beta is provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted operation or a particular outcome. Features and these terms may change as the beta is hardened. If a material change affects how your data is handled, the disclosure will be updated before broader access.
Problems and recovery
Use Report a problem for product, access or privacy issues. Signed-in reports are attached only to your own account.
Effective July 14, 2026.
