Your data
What Prajna keeps, and how to remove it.
Prajna asks for real context about you and your company so it can advise you well. In return you get equal control: you can see it, export it, and delete any part of it at any time. Your context stays yours.
What Prajna stores
Three things: the consultations you start and the Board’s responses; the notes you give the Board; and the governed Memory Prajna structures from them, which is facts about you and your company, open questions, patterns and decisions. You review everything before it enters Memory.
How it is used
Your Memory and consultations are used only to advise you: the Board reads what it knows about you before each consultation. Nothing acts on your behalf, and nothing leaves without your approval. Prajna does not sell your data or use your content to train a Prajna model.
Providers involved
Google provides sign-in, Vercel serves the website, Neon stores durable product data, and OpenAI Codex supplies the Board’s model processing through the operator’s account. Langfuse receives content-redacted operational telemetry. When specialist web research is explicitly available, Exa or Linkup may process the bounded research query; Prajna says when that capability is unavailable.
OpenAI’s use of model inputs to improve its services depends on the data controls and plan attached to the operator account. That setting has not yet been independently recorded on this page, so do not enter highly sensitive personal, legal, medical, financial or trade-secret information during this beta.
How long it is kept
Your consultations, notes and Memory are kept until you delete them. Privacy-safe product events, which record that a step happened but never your text, expire after 90 days.
How to export or delete it
From Settings and data you can export everything as a JSON file, delete a single consultation or note, clear all governed Memory while keeping your consultation history, or delete your account and all associated data. Every deletion returns a receipt with what was removed.
What is never shared with you or anyone
An export includes what is meaningful to you. It excludes internal prompts, tool traces and the specialists’ working notes, which are implementation detail, not your content.
Questions or problems
Signed-in founders can send a tenant-scoped report from Settings. If you cannot sign in, use the instructions in your invitation message or visit Report a problem.
